Internship Placement and Partner(s)
I am going for my internship in Juja, Kenya in collaboration with Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT). I will be working with students at the University to conduct the sensory evaluation research study on Fiti probiotic non-dairy products, as well as work on supporting Fiti Centre at JKUAT.
To collaborate with other students on collecting sensory evaluation data, increasing sales at Fiti Centre at campus and developing an awareness of health benefits of Fiti yogurt, as well as to provide report on Fiti community production units.
